The white for this 'Mech was accomplished using a grey primer, followed by a 50% dilution of Folk Art Titanium White, followed by a 50% wash of GW Badab Black wash. Lastly, individual panels were picked out using 25% dilution of Folk Art Titanium White. The tiger stripes were done by painting the areas to be covered in GW Bestial Brown, followed by picking out panels using Americana Canyon Orange (Vallejo German Orange works well too!). The stripes were painted in GW Chaos black, followed by the center of each stripe being picked out in Vallejo Basalt Grey, being careful with the grey to avoid painting over panel lines.

Color Scheme

In contrast to the oval-shaped regimental insignia, the symbol of the entire Arcturan Guards takes the form of a green shield upon which is a large white single-bladed axe. The insignia of the Fifteenth depicts a stylized tiger face peering out of long grass. Per FM:Lyran Alliance, pages 54 and 56.
