Insignia:
The Guard’s insignia is a Zeus BattleMech, mainstay of House Steiner, overlaid by glowing red cross hairs. The Iron Guard insignia consists of a BattleMech foot trampling a mailed fist, the traditional emblem of House Steiner. Per FM: Free Worlds League, pages 80 and 81.
