Longinus Battle Armor
These minis where painted using GW Liche Purple dry brushed with a 50/50 mix of Liche Purple and Space Wolves Grey washed with GW Badab Black. Trim is GW Regal Blue and Ultramarines Blue target washed with GW Asmuren Blue and P3 Skorne Red and Khador Red washed with GW Baal Red. Metallics are Reaper Blackened Steel washed with Badab Black.
The Avenging Angels The Marik Militias use a color scheme first seen in 2620--purple with red accents on the right side and blue on the left. Per FM:Free Worlds League, page 54.Other references: Stinger, Camo Specs (p 7)
Insignia:
Each ‘Mech displays the Marik Militia crest – a stylized Marik Eagle on a red and blue background – on its left arm or weapons pod. The insignia of the First Marik Militia is a blue disc emblazoned with an angel who holds aloft a gleaming sword. Per FM: Free Worlds League, pages 53 and 54.
