The black parts were painted using Reaper Master Series Coal Black with Panzer Aces Dark Rubber and Panzer Aces Light Rubber added in increasing amounts for highlights.

Insignia:
The insignia of the Federated Commmonwealth RCTs is a hybrid of that used by the Federated Suns and Lyran Commonwealth; the backdrop is the Davion Sunburst, over which is the mailed fist of House Steiner, and in front that the Davion Sword. As a reminder of their failure, few members of the RCT wear the Federated Commonwealth logo, substituting a stylized map of Sarna, painted in white on a red rectangle.
