This miniature is painted in the colors of the 1st Sword of Light. Red portions were painted in the following order using Vallejo paints: Scarlett Red Gory Red Blood Red The cockpit was jeweled with a combination of Vallejo’s Livery Green, Black, and Dead White. Metallics used include Vallejo’s Chainmail Silver and Gunmetal, and GW’s Bolt Gun Metal, all washed with GW’s Badab Black wash.
The liberation of Terra involved many battles on many fronts. This year's diorama features the Battle of Cairo. Coalition forces engage some of the Word of Blake's best (and worst) forces.
